excellent post sell service, they contacted me thoroughly via e mail and maintained a good communication between me and the company, 10/10 also snuck a free wrist strap for the watch when asked, 10/10 would recommend and would buy again from the store.

First, the DT team. You're doing a fantastic job, take your flowers. You deserved more than 5 star. The watch is great but just needs some improvement.

Things to work on. No. 1 is very urgent:

1. Tap to change watch face colors; The tapping to change watch face color is frustrating cos it changes the color with little contact with your skin or other objects, release an update to correct it with an option to edit if you want to change the face color or option to lock watch face to a particular color just like the apple watch, instead of just tapping to change some of the watch face colors

2. Jet Black Color; I will buy your next model if it's in jet black, if not i will keep this until you release a jet black model to match with the apple watches.

4. Apple Watch Faces; Watch faces is the number one reason we buy this watches, update more apple watch faces, focus on apple watch faces alone, those are the only watch face i use. As a matter of fact, the Exactorgraph watch face was the reason i left HK watches for DT

5. Ui fluidity; Ui fluidity needs to be worked on, make it look like the apple watch by fading or zooming when you enter any app or exit, the sliding animation is wack.

6. Two Inaccurate watch face; Two of my favorite watch faces are inaccurate, the artist watch face is showing date instead of time, please work on it and the snoopy watch face is not animating, i had to delete it.

7. Charging sound; The charging sound is so unnecessary, please remove it on your next update

Thank you very much, i know you listen to customer reviews and work on improving your watches, keep it up as this makes you the number one on the market currently. Work on this reviews most especially number 1 which is the watch face tapping to change color frustration and wanting your next model to have Jet black color
